i never liked doing it that way through sd card.Easier way with no problem is to get a stock rom.Extract the file, remove the "RUU_signed.nbh" from the stock rom.Then download the custom rom of your choose, put that same ruu_signed.nbh from the custom rom inside that folder then run the rom update utility.

easy as 1,2,3
