yes i have beam off and i took out the battery and hard reset...
i let it boot up first before i took the battery out do u think that mite be the problem or should i reflash and take the battery out as soon as it is reflashed?? thanks

yes i would recommend going with a different radio..... i use the bell newest and love it myself.
