not true, they arent going to allow it... the phone has to be purchased from them and than you have 30 days fro mthe purchase date to decide if you like it or not than you can return but not after those 90 days since what he is asking is if he can trade the diamond for the touch pro straight up in the store... i can guarntee that you arent going to find anhy store no matter what you tell them that will make the swap outside of the 30 days.
So i was able to get insurance to get me the touch diamond. They said that they had been getting in trouble for upgrading people to the touch pro from the mogul. So when my diamond comes in, i can take it to the sprint store and have them swap it for a touch pro since its been within the 30 day window?
