that dont matter they will laugh at you and tell you that they cant do an even exchange for the phone and that you will have to pay the difference trust me. otherwise they would lose big bucks because everyone would walk in their buying cheap phones and saying that they didnt like it and upgrade a notch up on the list each time.
hm...that sucks. What if I talk to sprint on the phone and tell them that the phone the insurance was sending me was the touch pro? would they be able to hook me up you think?
