you have to hold them down and press the stylus in the little hole next to the usb charger port...after you press the soft reset keep holding down the end and talk hard buttons then follow the steps...
ok sorry i didnt realized i was doing it wrong until i searched how to do it on google well it working now but do i have to go unlock the phone again? since i use a fido sim card
