Followed the steps. I called HTC today and we got it to now to boot into the bootloader screen (and stay there). But now I get a 260 error code and that is far as I can get.
i dont know what you could have done to it that would be causing the errors.... have you tried using a different machine? and what os are you running on your current machine?
