trying to get a new rom for my diamomd. I installed the black theme (its great) but it runs supper supper slow with the stock rom from sprint. I am going to attempt to fix this problem installing the juicy rom. Before i attempt this im just going to let you know how I think im going to do this and please correct as needed. First I will unlock my phone using the download you provided. Then I will download juicyrom to computer. drag file from comp to windows mobile center ( using Vista ) to RUU (not shure where that is) Run romupdateutility.exe, them follow instructions. Some quick questions? will all the functions still work on phone after install ( gps etc ). Sorry for all the ? I am a newbie and have never flashed a rom or know anything about comps but im trying. thanks foe all your help
