what what, i'm pretty stoked right now cause i just got off the phone w/ sprint and they are overnighting (or so they say) a diamond free to replace my f*ck'd up touch....it took about 5 days and 7 or 8 retentions members but i finally convinced them that they need and will send me the diamond free of charge.
