Thanks for the fast response I did find it, it is under modem settings for anyone else that is wondering. Once you get into the EPST menu, click on the value soft key on the bottem left of the screen then choose MODEM SETTINGS. Then you will see SCI on the top select it then change it to 0.

Hope this helps anyone else that can't find it.
