i nstalled a taskbar cab chnged all my icons and they lookin real nice but the problem im having is u will see my battery actually go down 100% 99 98 97 96 etc now what i wanted to ask do i delete this shellres.dll.0409.mui since i already have a shellres.is that creating the conflict??? if it has to be deleted why cant i it says action restriced cant delete
