if you do a search there are a whole bunch of threads on here that have the information. There are a couple posted by D/\sh that go through all of the required steps. Might not work if you don't have sprint but its definitely worth a shot. Just be prepared to spend a few hours on the phone with your company. Here's a thread that I started that has some of the info.
