if they tell you that you have to you do have to otherwise they WILL charge you... if every person didnt send it back and got a new one sprint would be broke and not around at this very moment...... (same goes for all businesses. )

thank you finally someone with the same answer that i had..... def send it back and relock it and flash back to stock rom.... radio you dont have to worry about because they dont poay attention to the bootup screen and from my experience i dont either after i flashed thousands of touch pros for 24 hours straight upon release of it.
