Default Dazed and confused

Hello. Please excuse me for this question. I have searced and either I am not asking the correct question or I really oopsed something up.

I am using a Verizon XV-6800 flashed to Cricket. I had full phone, SMS, MMS, EVDO Rev A running with WinMobile 6.1.

I was attempting to set up an Outlook account and I konw that during the course of that, I probably screwed up my modem settings. I still get some connection that now is showing dial up in my comm manager. I cannot get any pages to load on Explorer. It will show connecting (while dialing), the sit on locating....

I believe that somewhere I screwed up a user changeable setting in the Connections page. I have gone through and searched and have proxy set up. I think that I have most of the information correct, (What I really wonder is if the connection number for connecting to EVDO internet is different than the #777 that i have found for the number to call to connect.

I am not going to go into everything (pretty boring), but if I need to I certainly shall.

I dont know anything about the flash that was done, outside that everything was working great, until I tried to set up the Outlook account.

I have a PIM backup on my SD card, and I dont know if the flash holds if I do a hard reset or if I wold still have to manually enter the connections settings. If that's the case (the flash holds but connection settings will need to be set) then I would be back in the same place i am now, but not having anything else working outside of the phone and maybe SMS.

I fully admit that I am not the most tech savvy guy around, but hopefully have provided enough to maybe get some help.

Very much obliged.
