naw if you don't have insurance then you have to pay $55 but thats still amazing for the touch pro...also you have to have the mogul active on your account for 30 days before you can do the swap.
you need insurance on the phone and you dont have to have active for 30 days...... you just need it on your account....... and if you have insurance on your current phone it will transfer over.
