did you look around the boards and do a search for bootloader? there are many threads on this already.... as long as your screen says coke 2.40 you are unlocked. than just go to the next step from the tutorial below in my signature and you will be fine. (as long as it says usb and not serial you are connected to activesync or mobile device center even though it doesnt show) you can also flash form the card after being unlocked and that can be told step by step in the same tutorial.
