Aight Traviefresh.... you pm'ed me a few days ago for help with this... Sorry I didnt get back to you... been a lil busy... but I figured you'd get all the help you needed within the appropriate thread...

It soundns to me, like Shownuff was right... your opening the cab file after its already been downloaded and saved to your computer. basically all you really have to do is drag and drop as TaylorSpj was trying to explain to you in earlier post... but since your having technical difficulties with that...

you simplest solution would be to use your phones browser to come to this thread, and download directly to your storage card... once you do that... go to it using your 'file explorer' and click it to activate, once u do that, itll ask you to choose the location to install (i.e. your device or storage card)...since its a driver your going to want to install it on your 'device'... follow any instructions on your phone screen and your good to go...

Once its installed youll be able to find it under start menu> setting> touch response ... set it up how u like and whalla... you now have vibrating functions
