Second, I know how to install a cab file, when I install its in my program files and the theme does not show up in the "today" icon or anywhere else. Just doesnt work. I hope you can help Thanks

anyways u said the theme is cabbed up, which mean when u click it to install everything should be automatically be installed to the appropriate folders... you shouldn't need m2dc, that being said i ask... did you soft reset?
