Nice replies, guys. I'm glad none of you took the post as insulting or whatever.

I'm an admin at two other sites, myself, so I'm not stranger to what it takes to make a forum work. Thinking back on it, I guess the biggest confusion noobs must have is the two differing layouts with the two differing styles.

I'm kinda' like wcked in that I sometimes have a hard time putting things in delicate pretty terms that don't offend people. That first post took a while to word so I didn't sound like a jerk. Who knows... maybe I did.

Anyhoo... that's all I've got.
