As much as i know, is that its a setting, the determines how much system resources your device dedicates to performance or something, right?

well your right on the resource and performance part....but it is totally different for the diamond and pro....what i had to do is use a pagg pooler app and pull the nbh file from the ruu and change it that way...reflash and all....as for the pro im not to entirely sure how the process is to change it.....
