If Sprint replaced your phone 3x (and since it sounds like you have TEP/Insurance) I believe its time you put your foot down and demand a new phone. Obviously you don't want to come off as a jerk but just place yourself into the role of a customer that has gotten shiity service and that u wont take anything less than a new Touch or Touch Diamond.
It would be best you do this over the phone and don't be afraid to be transferred or ask to be transferred to a supervisor or retentions, you have nothing to lose. The only thing you should be paying in the end is shipping for your brand new phone.
