well like i said in the OP....it is goin to vary between roms and other things installed.....so there really isnt a "BEST".....im on juggs rom and i use the PollInterval set at 1250.....battery lasts all day with moderate use....and i roam for most of the day.so again it really depends on roms.....what rom are u running?
