I installed the file DASH has in his thread "ANOTHER Update for 12/14 My Organized Cab Collection for all of you! " But either way, it works now. I know it's one of the first themes that came out for TF3D, but we'll just say it's an oldie, but a goodie!
Can you upload the file you used because Im still having problems with the file here and the only downloaded from Dash files......Heres a screen shot of how to comes up on my pro...
