What if a person's is not familiar with forums?, they're not stupid, they just don't know how to use it, and we've all gone thru that, just bc you know how to get around doesn't mean you have to assume that everyone is familiar with forums and that there is such thing as a Search feature. If it helps, put a welcome pop up window that reads, "If you're a noob, get the f** away", and if that happens, then why even have a forum?
