what is the deal? I'm not believing this!!!

I was wondering if you were able to get this to work? I just received a replacement 6800, and I'm not able to get the gps to work either...Stock rom, but it worked perfectly on my old unit. If fact I couldn't find a true GPS that was faster.

WELCOME TO VERIZON.... I was told that they lock everything the phone is capable of, then charge you to use the built in items... I thought that they were being sued over this not long ago. I guess money talks....
wow i didnt expect them to lock alltels also now..... iknow we have a guide to unlock the gps restrictions on the phone..... it should be in the tutorial area.
