Thats the thing, I'm not trying to flash a new room, jus install manilla2d/touchflo2d with one of the lil kits that you can find all over...
but listen, why would you NOT want to go ahead and do the flash, your device is going to be much more stable and run alot more smoothly with the TF2D!!!????
When you start "installing" and running alot of "cab" files and updates and stuff, it's going to eventually start overloading your phone and it WILL WIG OUT! LOL it's just that it can only "handle" so much?
Do you also have the overclocking app? HTC PERFORMANCE? it helps alot too on slower devices! I used it on my mogul, did wonders! Works even better on my touch!
