Okay and yea I agree, yes I do have that and I got it overclocked at the recommended speed not pushing it to 600...
I guess I'm jus iffy and all cauz I've never flashed a rom before, this is my first PocketPC..
One question, if I backed up my phone... Then flashed a new would it also load my carriers settings for me to make calls after I restored everything or would I have to do that myself, I had it flashed at metroPCS... I know I might have to also install a DCD or something I believe..
Also has anyone made a manilla2d/touchflo2d rom with gps, I tried searching but this forums search features isn't the greatest... When using more than one keyword it shows results for both words instead of the set as a whole... LoL
ok, just suck it up and do it, seriously, you can ask anyone here, I was the BIGGEST scardey cat to flash my rom or mess with any registries or anything!!! it's not that hard. Just read through the tutorial several times and if you still don't understand the steps, let me know..........I will do my best to help.
1) about the radio, if you pick a ROM that is "specific" for your carrier, then I say NO, but then you may have to update your radio anyways, soft reset your phone and tell us what the numbers are beside the R in red when it boots??
2) and yea, I'm sure there are roms that have the GPS built in, you will have to search around for a mogul one with rev a gps! I can't remember the one I used with my mogul but it was TF2D and it ran like a charm, until the phone actually wigged out on me! not due to the apps or roms or anything, moguls seem to be dropping like flies here lately.
3) click search, then go down and click "advanced search", then there's a pull down menu that will say "search all" and then one that says "search titles only" something like that, I use the "search titles" only, then that way you don't get EVERY DARN thread where those words have been just mentioned and no real specific information, you know?
