Just download the Genesis zip to your PC then unzip all to the same folder. Should be called "Genesis" Now copy that unzipped folder and place it on your storage card on your Phone. Take the Shortcut included copy and paste that into your phones device /windows/start menu/programs/games. Then run the shortcut from your games folder like normal on your phone. Make sure you have the Genesis program "pico drive" and the Genesis games "ecco the dolphin.SMD etc...." in the same folder. When you run the program you should be able to select rom by going to load rom, games should show up in there if not you will probably get it eventually.
