Sounds like there is something corrupted... i wouldnt be looking to use the insurance. you may want to try sktools to clean any corrupted files. if the problem persists, then the best bet is to HARD RESET and start over after you back up your stuff. If it bothers you that much , thats the route i would take.

i was going to say the same thing as jew.....the only other thing i can think of is that the internal files got corrupted and need a reflash of the stock rom.... i would try that and see if that fixes your problems........ if not it will be off to getting you a new phone. and why not take a look at the upgrade to a touch pro thread for free and get yourself a touch pro in exchange for only your mogul!!! trust me it works i and hindreds if not thousands of other members havfe experienced luck with this method.
