I've been looking at this new "Toshiba" smartphone to hit (whenever?), and it looks hot as hell? What is this Snapdragon processor they are speaking of, 1Ghz ????

Dang!! Sounds badass, I see they are running windows also, so would that mean it would be a moddable smartphone? the price on this Baby is wayyyyyyyyy over my budget............LMAO!!!!!!! I mean this is for the rich and I ain't got nothing else to spend my money on people!!!!!!!!!!!
