yeah i did and that didn't work. i have one out of 5 themes that i have downloaded that work, through the config tool, and i did the exact same thing for everyone. they all show up as the same type of files on my computer. i have tried reinstalling the config tool. i really don't know what to do.
does it go through all the steps and force you to soft reset? have you tried to disable touchflo before you change the theme?
