I am a Sprint user. I am using my old razr (Sprint) and cloning that esn on the touch (also Sprint). I can make and receive calls fine. Caller ID comes over as the razr so I am know it is working, just not the internet. You have some ideas????

So u r receiving service on the touch, just no data? And I am assuming u have data on ur plan ,of coarse? Have u tried installin a DCD carrier cab?
