2.You need to download the throttle lock application and install it before you can use the theme
3.You need to join the group "Members software" in order to gain access to the freeware section. You can just follow the link on the error page that pops up when you try to access it. Or go to the top taskbar and select "information support' then "join a group" then join the above group, wait for approval, and you will have full access to the applications area.
#1 could be where I'm running into problems. I operate from a Mac OSX, that's why I try to do all the downloads straight on my phone instead of using active sync.
