why not try to flash form the card.... your pc has some troubles you might want to check on if you keep getting errors..... i have ran this on both xp 32 and 64 bit as well as vista 32 and 64 bit.......also have you checked your firewall and your virus scan to make sure they arent blocking you from being able to flash?
I figured it out lol.. For some reason my phone wont flash if I have any other active usb devices going. I have a usb modem for my net and when its connected and running my phone gives errors while flashing (tried on 2 fresh installs of windows). So, I unplugged all my usb devices and rebooted then I was able to unlock and flash a new rom.
