what tf3d theme are you running? i got it to work on the onix, and bb 4.0 themes. you have to disable the tf3d theme first, then install this cab. soft reset, turn tf3d back on, and it should work.
I am running SimplyBlack Djoub. I tried this a bunch of times but it wouldn't work

do you have anyother custom clocks installed besides what comes with the themes? like a transparency clock or soemthing to that extent? you may have to uninstall that clock first....soft reset and go about the way nine explained again....
I did have the glass clock installed but even after uninstalling it and trying again, it still wouldn't work
