well if pimbackup didnt sasve them than you didnt save them and use the program correctly. that app has been used milions and millions of times by users successfully. and no the carrier cab is not located in the extended rom since it is a clean rom, you can find it here by doing a search for them or you can also find them in taylorWckediden's tweaks thread also. good luck and let us know when you flash :>

Look into downloading Sashimi... we have it here on the site, It allows you to auto install all of your preferred apps, reg edits, registration info, account info, etc after a hard reset or flash... or you can search any other 'auto installer' aps... but Sashimi is my personal favorite

If Pim backup isnt working for you... try Sprite back up!
yup sashimi is great from what i hear but dont have the time to figure it out unfortunately :< (unless someone wants to make one for me with all my apps and than im sure i could figure it out from there on how to add some more :smile:) the extended rom is in the mogul and hidden and is where sprint and other carriers keep much of their carrier cabs and such that are installed when the device configures for the first time after fresh reboot.
