I have made a startup animation to go with the theme now im not going to put this in the first post as it will create to many questions..... but if you have a clue what to do with this here ya go.
here is a hint to find what the animation is named on your rom...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation
"StartUpGif"="\windows\THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO CALL MY FILE"
"StartUpWav"="\windows\sound.wav"
un zip and just rename it to whatever its called .gif and upload to your windows folder.
