I am not sure what you're talking about. I just went to the website that Dash listed in the first post here and it works for me. I will be more then happy to help you if you are having problems with a particular step in the directions provided. To "walk" you through it would be kind of hard. The directions are pretty straight forward (sorry hope that doesn't sound mean!).
Which part are you having a problem with. Make sure you get ImCokeMan's program loaded first onto your Touch (link is provided). It has to be placed into security level 0 before you can start making the changes. I didn't use the Alltell ROM. I just used Sprints latest one for the Touch. You could flash to the Alltell then back to Sprint if you want but I didn't.
Give it a shot and just work through his directions. They are really pretty good.
