Actually the white version was built off the black version the only thing different is I went in a modified the colors of the text with the mode9 editor. I really am stumped. As for the task bar icons mine uninstalled using sktools then a soft reset?
other then that if you uninstalled the cab just install a new taskbar over top and it will overwrite.
