Ok all you have to do is drop the file you downloaded up there in your storage card or device doesn't matter. Leave It as a ZIP file no need to extract.
now download and install this

and make sure you back up your old theme just in case you want to go back... that would be the picture slide 5 (restore tab) if you notice in the thread i just linked you too.
now look a picture slide 4 (themes tab) thats where you click add and you search for the calm sea file where ever you place it. it will then add it to the list on the left and you should just click it and hit Apply Theme.
