I have heard about peoples texts deleting randomly but not about what you mention. And for the phone call thing try this.......

use the read me file included to figure out what to do (program is CaSe sensitive)

Then go to start>programs>system tools>phone codes>PST and then click edit. Enter the code provided by msl generator to get access. Then click on view info>modem settings>slot cycle index and change the value to 1. Then it will ask you to reset the device. What you just did is made the phone check the tower every 1-2 seconds for an incomming call/text instead of every 5-7 seconds.
