yeah I have done that before using winrar on my pc but since I dont have the internet on my cpu Im going to transfer the .exe that I downloaded on my phone to my cpu to load it on my phone lol But thank you Dash and Ice for the valuable information!
you dont need internet.... download the file to your phone like you did than connect to activesync or mobile device center and drag it to your desktop than run..... the only reason this would not work is if you are running a mac since they cant run exe files without an emulator but i forget the name of that emulator at this moment.
