ah cool i found it. i wasnt looking in the OEM folder, i found the tweak needed which was to change Enable Scroll to 0 from the TF settings. it was where the tweak you recommended was so thanx for helping me find it. its as smooth as butter now im amazed! but yea its retarded that both got cooked in. touchflo was htc's way to bring finger gesturing which 6.0 and 6.1 lacked so when 6.5 rolled out and it was no longer needed, cooks forget to remove htc's software thust conflicting with one another. good thing im stuck up on details otherwise no one would have noticed hehe
sweet man glad it worked....if ya want i can make it a cab so u dont have to reg edit it everytime u HR or reflash......but i havnt seen the new engine....if you come across it send me the link so i can take a look at it.....
