one last thing, this stuff only happens when i install this theme or the other one out there. the original manila theme works fine. just thought I would mention that.
I have only installed the themes on a rom already running the new tf3d and haven't had any problems so that might be an issue...you could also try uninstalling the fixes, then installing the theme then re-installing the fixes. That might work for you since the themes might be overwriting some of the fixed files
