Well I heard all you have to do is use a North Dakota zipcode ;) to bypass the online exchange and just keep trying online till it offers you a pro. Or...Try talking to the escalations department, thats how I trade my mogul for a pro, way before the online service thing. I did this in November right when the pros came out.
