I have been using the nbh file not the exe so that may be the issue I would assume. I got the dump file from ppcgeeks but I may have to get a different one. So the exe file just gets saved on my computer then I run that file, correct?

I was hoping to be able to resolve the data issue without doing this but I may be at the point of no return now.

is ppcgeeks the recommended link to getting the exe?

I'm a rookie at customizing so I appreciate all the advice..keep it coming please...
