The data issue was something more technical that I can't seem to resolve even with advance technical support from Sprint.

So my main concern now is getting Mightyrom off so Sprint doesn't see it when they get the phone back.
first try a hard reset or reflash and if that doesnt work get the stock bootscreen and than rename that welcomehead96 and make it png extension. than once you do that use resco file explorer or total commander to overwrite it in your windows folder and than your done :)
