No this isnt a released theme... it is the custom design of the ATR rom...designed by nine'sicks

what your referring to is where the words turn into images is the slider... so its a bit confusising... are u saying you like the look of this theme and the slider...but you want a theme like this w/ the start button that launches the program launcher? The start button launching the program launcher is basic design of tf3d2...the old style start menu has been replaced in TF3d2

thanks for the suggestion though... the hunt continues for some good skins that dont kill the start menu
there only about 4-6 theme for tf3d2... not sure which one you have tried, but none of the onces I've used change anything about the start menu... make sure your using tf3d 2 / rhodium theme and not basic tf3d themes... also try probex newest... im playin with that one on juicys rom as of now(unti i have a chance to flash ATR) and I know for sure, its still the same start button from tf3d2
