ok so I did another hard reset. the internet was working but its not anymore. before i hard reset my phone wouldnt even make a call. right now i can text, call, everything but get on the internet. the keyboard was working (onscreen full keyboard) but now when it comes up it wont allow me to go the letters, it only lets me use the numbers.
