I've been reading these threads like mad and I think I have the general idea. I've managed to update my sprint rom, my radio, my prl, and my bootloader. All thanks to the information that you guys provide. you guys kill it, all day!
I just had my mogul (6800) flashed to metro and so I have talk and text. Now somebody wants to charge me $100 to get the other stuff working. Hells naw! Not when there's the net.
Your ROM looks like the right thing to do, right about now. I've read the tutorials on flashing custom ROMs and have my mini sd card formated. I know about droppin the nbh file in the RUU folder on my laptop, connecting with a/s and entering bootloader manually and flashing that way. My question is this:
Is there a way to operate this bad boy so that I can still use the MetroPCS service? Or do I need to find a version that's been cooked for Metro? If so, how? Do I flash reset (before the carrier customization takes place), take out the battery for 60 and restart?

this rom is specifically for sprint. if you want a rom you can use with MetroPCS service then you need a rom that offers a carrier cab for it. i think the windows 6.5 beta rom or the tf reloaded rom offers it i dunno though.
