Ok. So I have installed about 6 other tf3d 2 roms and I gotta say that they all have something I don't like ranging from rough looking themes to more bugs...etc. So here are the fixes to the 2 main problems with this rom. I am going back to it because for the most part, it is very stable and very fast.

Bluethooth fix

start
settings
connections
wifi
wireless networks
network adapters
"my network connects to" change to "the internet"
bluetooth pan driver change to "use server assigned ip address"

sms fix
Disable tf3d
install new contact card cab
soft reset
enable tf3d
